Ma Peeks or Winged Horses appear not only in Himapan stories but also make their appearances in other cultures as well ike the legend of Pegasus in Greek mythology, Winged horse in old chinese tales.
 
Although descriptions about various winged horses may be different from one culture to another, one thing remains the same and that is all winged horses are equipped with a set of bird like wings and able to fly with great speed. Ma Peek is one of the Himapan creatures that combines the characteristics of a bird and a horse together.
